Brand New!

This is one of my latest Disney Pin designs. Olaf is from FROZEN, the recent Disney animated blockbuster. He's wearing the FANTASIA sorcerer's hat,  the symbol for Walt Disney Imagineering, which the pin was designed for.

The Characters in Sorcerer Hats series is something I came up with several years ago and it just keeps going! I didn't, however, design all of them.

You can see more of my pin designs here: http://johndubielpindesigns.blogspot.com/

 More Pirates...

Speaking of pirates, here are some story sketches I did a long time ago as portfolio pieces for the development of an animated pirate movie.

Costume models are a lot of fun to work with. It's a great chance to explore character and personality!

One of my favorite things to do is to draw from live models. These are some of the sketches I've done over the past few years.

Here is a blog to give some samples of my work from the past and whatever I'm currently working on.

These are some sketches I did to capture gesture and character. The theater sketches are done from video performances and the baseball sketches were done live at Major League baseball games.
